Services

Ouzart provides automation consulting and implementation services for small and medium-sized enterprises. Specific services, deliverables, and terms are outlined in individual project agreements.

Free Consultations

Our free automation audits are provided without obligation. The insights and recommendations shared during these consultations are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding agreement.

Project Agreements

All paid services are subject to a separate project agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality provisions

Data Handling for Workflow Services

When providing workflow automation services, we may require temporary access to your business systems. This access is governed by the following principles:

• Access to client systems is temporary and limited to project scope
• Credentials are handled securely and not retained after project completion
• No client data is retained unless explicitly specified in the project agreement
• Access is revoked or returned upon project completion

Third-Party Platforms

Automations are typically built using third-party platforms under the following arrangements:

• Client-owned accounts: When using platforms like Zapier, Make, or HubSpot on your accounts, you own and control those automations. Data remains in your systems.
• n8n (self-hosted): For certain projects, we may use our self-hosted n8n instance on Google Cloud Platform (us-central1-c, USA). This is disclosed in project agreements where applicable.

You retain ownership of all automations built on your accounts.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all custom automation solutions developed for you become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies in future projects.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business processes, data, or other sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions. However, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
