n8n (Workflow Automation)
Contact form submissions are processed through n8n, a workflow automation platform. We self-host n8n on Google Cloud Platform in the us-central1-c region (USA). This involves cross-border data transfer to the USA.
Data Retention
- Contact form data: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
- Project data: Duration of engagement plus 30 days for handoff and support
- Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe
For Workflow Automation Clients
If you engage us for workflow automation services, we may temporarily access your business systems to build and configure automations. Here's how we handle your data:
- We only access data necessary to complete the agreed-upon work
- When building automations on your accounts (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, etc.), your data stays in your systems
- Credentials are handled securely and not stored beyond the project duration
- For automations built on our self-hosted n8n instance, data is processed on Google Cloud Platform (us-central1-c, USA)
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
