I've spent 13 years building software — queue management systems in the Middle East, airline pricing algorithms, backend platforms serving millions of passengers, and AI tooling used by 200+ engineers.

Along the way I've been an engineer, a team lead, and a product manager. I've rebuilt teams after near-total turnover, shipped internal tools used by 14,000+ employees, and led the kind of cross-functional projects where you're coordinating with Product, Design, Engineering, and three vendor teams at once.

I've worked at scale (WestJet — large enterprise systems) and at speed (Swoop and PriceFactor — lean teams, fast iteration, figure it out as you go). I've shipped in the Middle East, across North America, and remotely from my home office in Ontario.

Now I work independently under Ouzart — helping businesses automate the processes that are costing them time and money. I work directly with you. No team, no overhead, no layers. Just clear communication, fast execution, and systems that actually work.

Simple over clever.

The best automation is the one your team can understand, maintain, and trust. I don't build Rube Goldberg machines. I build things that do the job and get out of the way.

Working over perfect.

Ship something real, learn from it, improve it. I'd rather give you a working solution in 2 weeks than a perfect spec in 2 months.

Honest over impressive.

If automation isn't the right answer for your problem, I'll tell you. I'm not going to sell you a pipeline when a spreadsheet would do.
