Technology Partner

Start with a scoped project. Keep one accountable partner if it's working.

Built for owners and small teams who keep making the biggest tech calls alone. Start with a scoped project that ships (a website, custom software, automation, an integration), priced to the work. Keep one accountable partner on after, month to month, only if you want to. No forced retainer, no 12-month lock.

Common projects

Most engagements are one of these.

Each one is quoted to scope. The free Health Check finds which fits your business and sets the exact number, with no fixed packages and no buried monthly.

Research, logo, brand and design system, positioning, website, Google Business Profile, local SEO, and social setup, built as one accountable project so you show up and read as credible.

  • Market research and positioning before any pixels
  • Logo, brand, and a design system that holds together
  • Website built to get found locally and convert
  • Google Business Profile, local SEO, and social setup

Map the manual workflows, automate the repetitive work, and build the tooling, so the hours go back into the business instead of into copy-paste.

  • Map the current workflows before touching anything
  • Automate the repetitive, error-prone steps
  • Build the tooling that ties it together
  • Hand it off working, measured, and documented

Stand up and configure a CRM and get the pipeline running, wired to the tools you already pay for, with the adoption push so it sticks past launch.

  • CRM selection matched to how you actually sell
  • Configuration and integrations with your existing tools
  • Data migration and a clean starting state
  • Adoption support so the pipeline actually runs

Connect the tools you already pay for so information flows between them automatically, instead of living in separate apps and getting re-entered by hand.

  • Map where the same data gets re-entered today
  • Wire your tools together with reliable connections
  • Sync the records that matter to one source of truth
  • Hand it off working, measured, and documented

Migrate the master-spreadsheet operation to real software, with a parallel-run period so the team trusts it before you switch over.

  • Map the current process before touching anything
  • Build the tool, migrate the data, validate it
  • Parallel run so nothing breaks on switchover
  • Train the team and document how it works

Deploy AI in the specific spots that save real hours, scoped to your actual workflow instead of a generic tool nobody adopts.

  • Find the spots where AI pays back real hours
  • Build and wire it into the workflow you already run
  • Keep a human in the loop where it matters
  • Hand it off working, measured, and documented

Past a project, ongoing labor is à la carte, as needed: SEO, content, automation, and team AI training.

Every project is quoted to scope off the free Health Check, from as low as $2,000.

What “partner” actually means

You run the business.
I run the tech.

A vendor builds what you ask for. A partner figures out what to ask, then builds it.

When a tech call goes wrong, it's mine to fix. Not yours to worry about.

It starts after a project wraps, and runs month to month. From CAD $750/mo.

The roadmap. What to build next, what to kill, kept current.
Vendor and tool calls. I read the contracts and test the tools before you commit a budget.
The build. Architecture, custom vs off-the-shelf, who does the work, managed end to end.
The “should we even do this.” The judgment that saves you the expensive wrong turn.
What the premium actually buys
Senior judgment, in the room

The senior person who scopes your work owns how it ships. Thirteen years of shipping software behind every decision, and nothing goes out unless it's right.

One owner who carries the context

One accountable person who holds the thread across marketing, sales, delivery, and the back office. Not a ticket queue, not a rotating cast.

Same-day answers, from someone who knows your setup

A question Monday morning gets an answer Monday. Nothing sits in a queue or gets re-explained to whoever picks it up next.

Shipped and building

Decide what to be known for

Two weeks of conversations and watching how they work, before a pixel moved. What sets them apart, who they love serving, what they are most proud of.

The answer, a specialist who personally owns your file, became the language and the photography: real people at real desks and a named specialty, not stock photos and a generic tagline.

Hawks Management before: a generic stock hero and a vague tagline
Before
Hawks Management after: the real team and a specific specialty
After

One partner across all of it, on one calendar, and a second brand when they came back. Shipped and building, not the separate vendor engagements this usually takes.

Where Ouzart fits

Different shapes for different needs.

There are six common ways to add tech help to a small business. Here's the shape of each.

Comparison: Ouzart vs MSP, agency, freelance developer, offshore developer, and full-time CTO for small business technology consulting

Each option is well-shaped for its work. If the lowest build cost is the only goal, an offshore shop wins, and you own the spec, the managing, and the timezone gap. Choose Ouzart when you want strategy, builds, and the day-to-day in between, local and accountable, without a full-time hire.

Common questions

The questions people ask.

Can I just do a project?+

Yes. That's how almost everyone starts. Most clients begin with one scoped project that comes out of the free Tech Health Check. Staying on as a partner afterward is optional, not a condition of working together.

I already have a plan or roadmap. Can we skip the discovery?+

Yes. If you already have a plan, a digital adoption plan, a CDAP roadmap, an audit someone else wrote, hand it over and we scope and quote the build directly. No forced Health Check, no re-discovery you've already paid for. I read what you have, we agree on the first project worth shipping, and I price it.

How is the project priced?+

Quoted to scope, from CAD $2,000. The Health Check surfaces the work and I price it against what it actually involves, with most projects landing between $2,000 and $40,000 depending on the build. You see mockups and the price before anything starts. No buried monthly, no blank cheque.

What does staying on as a partner cost?+

From CAD $750/mo, month to month. It's a thin layer on top of a finished project, not where the build hides. You're paying for the decisions and the judgment to be owned (the roadmap, the vendor calls, the build decisions), not for a quota of hours.

How does the first-month refund work?+

On the ongoing partnership: first month fully refundable. If after 30 days you don't think the work is worth what you paid, I refund the month and we part on good terms. No forms, no escape clauses, your word is enough. After month one the 30-day exit kicks in: notice in writing, no early-termination fees.

How does the 30-day exit work?+

Notice in writing, email is fine. 30 days from notice we wrap. No early-termination fees. Any in-flight work either closes out within those 30 days or hands off to your team with documentation. The price you sign at locks in for as long as the partnership continues.

Where do you work?+

Greater Toronto Area. Halton and Peel led for in person, remote across Canada. The local, in-person option is there when it matters, and it's a real part of what you get.

Who actually does the work?+

Today, that's me. As Ouzart grows the shape holds: one accountable partner per client, across strategy, builds, and the day-to-day. The person you talk to in the first conversation is the person you keep working with.
