Sometimes that means a simple automation that syncs your spreadsheet to other tools. Sometimes it means migrating to a proper database. Often it's just connecting the tools you already have.

The goal is systems your team will actually use. Not a shiny dashboard that gathers dust like that spreadsheet eventually will.
